The tomb has not been preserved. Her heart was buried in the Convent of the Visitation of St Marie at Chaillot, Paris.

Royal tombs at Saint-Denis had been despoiled following the outbreak of the French Revolution and their contents stolen, dispersed, or buried in a common pit outside the abbey. Following the Restoration of the Bourbons the royal tombs were returned to the abbey church of Saint-Denis from a museum where they had been kept. As it was impossible to determine which bones buried in a common pit by the revolutionaries belonged to which king or queen, it was decided that all royal bones should be laid to rest in the Ossarium, a kind of common mausoleum for all kings and queens inside the abbey church.

Died in 1390 at Dundonald Castle, Ayrshire.
Buried in Scone Abbey (the tomb was lost).
His Queen Euphemia was buried in Paisley Abbey (the tomb was lost).

Married in 1366/7 ANNABELLA Drummond (*c. 1350,+1401 Scone).
He was crowned with his consort Annabella Drummond in 1390 at Scone Abbey.
His issue who reigned: JAMES I (*1394,+1437).
Died in 1406 at Dundonald Castle, Ayrshire.
Buried in Paisley Abbey.
His consort Queen Annabella was buried in Dumferline Abbey (no tomb).

Married in 1424 in London JOAN Beaufort (+1445 Dunbar Castle).
He was crowned with his consort Joan Beaufort in 1424 at Scone Abbey.

Died in 1437 (assassinated) at Perth.
Buried with his consort Queen Joan in the Carthusian Monastery in Perth (the tombs were lost).

Married in 1449 in Edinburgh MARY of Gueldres (*1433 Grave,+1463 Roxburgh).
He was crowned in 1437 at Holyrood Abbey, Edinburgh.
His consort Mary was crowned in 1449 at Holyrood Abbey, Edinburgh.
His issue who reigned: JAMES III (*1452,+1488).
Killed in 1460 at the siege of Roxburgh.
Buried in Holyrood Abbey, Edinburgh (the tomb was lost).
His Queen Mary of Gueldres was buried firstly in Trinity Church, Edinburgh. In 1848 her remains were translated to Holyrood Abbey, Edinburgh.

1460-1488: JAMES III
Born in 1452 at St Andrews, or at Stirling.

Married in 1469 in Edinburgh Princess MARGARET of Denmark (*1456,+1486 Stirling).
He was crowned in 1460 at Kelso Abbey.
His issue who reigned: JAMES IV (*1473,+1513).
Died in 1488 (assassinated) at Milltown near Bannockburn.
Buried with his consort Queen Margaret of Denmark in Cambuskenneth Abbey near Stirling.

1488-1513: JAMES IV

Married in 1503 in Edinburgh Princess MARGARET Tudor (*1489 London,+1541 Methven Castle, Perthshire).

Killed in 1513 at the Battle of Flodden Field.

Married secondly in 1565 in Edinburgh HENRY Stewart, Lord Darnley (*1546 Temple Newsham,+1567 Edinburgh).
Married thirdly in 1567 in Edinburgh JAMES Hepburn, Earl of Bothwell (*c. 1535,+1578 Dragsholm, Denmark).
She was crowned in 1543 at Stirling Castle.
Her issue who reigned: JAMES VI (*1566,+1625; son of Henry).
Abdicated in 1567, fled to England and was imprisoned.
Died in 1587 (executed) at Fotheringhay Castle.
Buried firstly in Peterborough Cathedral. In 1612 reburied at Westminster Abbey, London.
Her first consort King Francis II of France was buried in St Denis Abbey, France (the tomb was lost).
Her second consort King Henry Stewart was buried in Holyrood Abbey, Edinburgh (the tomb was lost).
Her third consort James Hepburn, Earl of Bothwell was buried in Fårevejle Church, Denmark.

His consort Princess Anne of Denmark-Norway was crowned in 1590 at Holyrood Abbey, Edinburgh.

Died in 1625 at Theobalds Park.

He was crowned in 1651 at Scone Abbey.
His consort Queen Catherine of Braganza was never crowned in Scotland.
Died in 1685 in London.
Buried in Westminster Abbey, London.
His consort Queen Catherine of Braganza was firstly buried in the monastery of Belém, Portugal.
Later her remains were translated to the Church of São Vicente de Fora in Lisbon.

1685-1688: JAMES VII (King of England as James II)
Born in 1633 in London.
Father: King Charles I of England and Scotland. Mother: Queen Henrietta Maria of France.
Married firstly in 1660 in London Lady Anne Hyde (*1637 Windsor,+1671 London).
Married secondly in 1673 at Dover, Kent Princess MARY of Modena (*1658 Modena,+1718 St Germain-en-Laye, France).
He was never crowned in Scotland.

-MARY II (*1662,+1694; daughter of Anne),
-ANNE (*1665,+1714; daughter of Anne),
-James (*1688,+1766; James VIII, the Old Pretender; son of Mary).
Deposed in 1688 and exiled in France.
Died in 1701 in St Germain-en-Laye, France.
Buried firstly in the Church of the English Benedictines, Paris. After 1789 reburied in the Church of St Germain-en-Laye.
His first consort Duchess Anne Hyde was buried in Westminster Abbey, London.
His second consort Queen Mary of Modena was buried in the Convent of the Visitation of St Mary, Chaillot near Paris (the tomb was lost).

1689-1694: MARY II (Queen of England)
